Effective September 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cirqls, a relationship- management tool operated by Partis LLC (“Partis,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or otherwise using Cirqls, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Cirqls.
Cirqls helps you track the people and companies in your professional network, log interactions, and stay on top of follow-ups. Access is invite-only: an account is created for you by an existing user, not through public self-service sign-up. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Cirqls. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the contact records, notes, files, and any other content you add to Cirqls (“your content”). You grant Partis a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service to you. We won't use your content for any other purpose, and we won't sell it — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail on how information is handled.
Because Cirqls stores information about other people (your contacts), you're responsible for having an appropriate basis for storing and processing that information — for example, because it's business contact information you legitimately hold as part of a professional relationship.
Cirqls integrates optional third-party services — contact-enrichment providers, AI assistants, email delivery, and Telegram notifications — described in our Privacy Policy. These providers are not operated by Partis, and their output (for example, an enriched contact's job title or phone number, or an AI assistant's response) may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Your use of any optional third-party feature is at your own discretion.
Cirqls is currently provided on an invite-only basis without a public pricing plan. Some features (such as contact enrichment) may consume provider credits that are separately funded and tracked within the app. If we introduce paid plans or fees in the future, we'll describe them clearly before they apply to you.
You may stop using Cirqls at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, we'll retain your content for a reasonable period to allow you to request an export, consistent with the retention described in our Privacy Policy, after which it may be deleted.
Cirqls is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any contact-enrichment or AI-generated content will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Partis LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of Cirqls, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Cirqls will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold Partis LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of Cirqls, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Cirqls will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continuing to use Cirqls after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
